The 17-year-old tennis player once again pleased her fans, claiming another victory at the Indian Wells final, which became her second consecutive WTA 1000 title after crushing it at the Dubai Tennis Championships three weeks ago.
Andreeva managed to beat the second racket of the WTA ranking Iga Swiatek in the semi-final, and the first racket of the world Aryna Sabalenka. She is now World No. 6 while also moving to No.3 on the latest PIF Race to the WTA Finals Leaderboard.
