From July 25th to 27th, 2023, the 7th TechnoXian World Robotics Championship organized by the All India Council for Robotics and Automation (AICRA) was held at the Noida Indoor Stadium in New Delhi.

The opening ceremony of the event was graced by the esteemed presence of distinguished personalities, including (Prof.) O.P. Sharma (Director-General, Maharishi University), Dr. Abdurahiman Chalil (MD Digital Bridge India), Dr. CK Ashok Kumar( Founder First World Community) , Dr. Tripty Agarwal (Dean Academics, Maharishi University) along with Rajkumar Sharma ( AICRA President).

More than 12,000 students from India and 22 other countries such as Russia, Iran, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan and others took part in the Championship, which confirmed its status as the largest robotics championship in India.

The TechnoXian 2023 World Robotics Championship witnessed intense competition as all of its talented participants strove to prove their skills in various competition categories: Robo Soccer, Robo Race, BotsCombat, Maze Solver, Drone Race, RC Plane, Water Rocket, Fastest Line Follower, and Innovation.

This year, 4 winners of the Russian National Robotics Championship, which took place on April 27-29, 2023 in Yekaterinburg, also took part in the TechnoXian Championship.

As a result, all Russian teams ranked among the Top-10 in their categories!

• Team "GearOn" from Krasnodar Region took 2nd place and received a certificate for 25,000 Indian rupees;
• Team "STT-team" from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug took 4th place;
• Team "Future of Siberia" - Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Region took 8th place;
In total, 40 teams took part in the Innovation Challenge Junior category, where three Russian teams competed.

One more Russian team - "Team ASPIRITY" - Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory - took 5th place among 72 teams in the category "Robo Race" (which was a completely new category for them).

It's great that we had a chance to take part in such a vibrant large-scale event. We hope that the plans we discussed in Delhi will be successfully implemented and we will establish long-term cooperation with our partners and friends in India!

In addition to the competition events, the Krasnoyarsk delegation led by Maxim Turushev, director of the ANO "Robotics Laboratory "Future Engineers", the organizer of the International Educational STEAM-competitions in Robotics for Children - LIGA and the Russian National Robotics Championship, held talks with the All-India Robotics Council and Automation (AICRA) officials with a view to establishing partnership in the future,

held a meeting with the Head of Noida Campus of the Maharishi University Dr. Trapti Agarwal:

During the meetings, the heads of the educational institutions expressed their interest in participation in joint educational projects with Krasnoyarsk schools, student exchange programs, international projects implemented and initiated by the Krasnoyarsk City Administration.

There was also held a meeting with the Director of the Russian House in Delhi Oleg Osipov and Viktor Gorelykh, Head of Education Cooperation Department of the Russian House.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on building interaction with two schools in Delhi, supported by the Russian House, where the Russian language is taught. Oleg Osipov confirmed the readiness of the Russian House to assist the Krasnoyarsk City Administration in the implementation of international projects by informing and attracting stakeholders on the Indian side.

The Closing ceremony of the Championship was a spectacular event, during which the outstanding achievements of the participants were acclaimed and the winning teams were awarded. Shri Yogi Adityanatha, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, took part in the Closing ceremony of the Championship, addressing all the organizers and participants and congratulating them on the real celebration of science, technology and friendly communication, which the TechoXian 2023 Championship became.

Participants and guests of the Championship left with wonderful memories and a new desire to immerse themselves in the exciting world of robotics.

We are thrilled with the resounding success of the 7th Season of TechnoXian World Robotics Championship. The overwhelming response and the high level of competition truly exemplify the potential of young minds in shaping the future of technology in India.
