The World Aquatics Championships (2024 CMAS World Championship Finswimming Indoor) concluded in Belgrade, Serbia. More than 300 athletes from 50 countries took part in the competitions Krasnoyarsk was represented by four exemplary athletes: Anastasia Beletskaya, Denis Arshanov, Mikhail Drozdov, Mikhail Bryantsev.

According to the Ministry of Sports of the Krasnoyarsk Region, within the first two days of the competition, the Krasnoyarsk representatives won 4 medals. Denis Arshanov and Mikhail Drozdov won two golds, a silver and a bronze. The Ministry also noted that Mikhail Drozdov not only won the "Speed Apnea 8x50" discipline in a monofin, but also set a new world record - 03.25.10!
