​Forum-Festival «Russian Creativity Week» will take place on Novermber 21-22 in Krasnoyarsk.

The forum's business programme includes more than 30 sessions on the topics of cinema, advertising, media, IT, animation, fine and visual arts, education, gastronomy, tourism, etc, and is based on six main tracks: Siberia as an emerging centre of creative industries in Russia; gastronomy as a driver of regional development; strategy for the development of creative industries; regional measures to support creative industries; local identity for entering new markets; Siberia as a Russian fashion centre.

The theme of the main plenary session of the upcoming event is "Value Systems in Development Strategies for Regional Creative Industries". Based on its results, it is planned to develop proposals for the introduction of value principles into strategic planning documents of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. 

The business programme will also include panel discussions devoted to the problems of small towns, training personnel for creative industries, comprehensive development of industrial design in the regions, integration of the Russian fashion business into international retail, Russian animation, etc. The forum-festival participants are also welcome to attend lectures, master classes, and film premieres.

Russian Creativity Week is the largest federal event in the creative industries. The forum was first held in 2020 in Moscow, since 2021 the local sub-forum "Russian Creativity Week - Siberia" has also been held in Krasnoyarsk, and in 2023 this sub-forum expanded its regional presence. The objectives of the forum are to promote the development of the creative economy of Russia and build high-quality communication between business and the government. In 2024, the fifth anniversary event took place in Moscow. More than 500 guests spoke at the business programme of the forum. More than five and a half thousand people attended the events of the "creative week". Online broadcasts of the sessions collected about 6 million views during the forum.
